2005
The company was founded under the name Apex Trading a.s. and dealt with trading in video lottery terminals in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
2009
Petr Zámečník becomes sole owner Apex Trading a.s.
2011
FEBRUARY
The company NEXT DATA s.r.o. was founded to develop software and hardware for the gaming industry.
NOVEMBER
The company was renamed ADELL TRADING a.s. It continues to trade in video lottery terminals now under the ADELL brand.
2012
The company was founded Adell SK s.r.o.which becomes the distributor of ADELL VLT in Slovakia.
At the same time, the company enters the distribution of ADELL VLTs on Polish market.
2019
The company ADELL TRADING a.s. enters the online gaming market and is gradually becoming a supplier of games to major operators in Czech Republic. Cooperation with the operator has started Fortuna CZ.
2020
ADELL TRADING a.s. enters the Slovak market and starts cooperation with Fortuna SK.
2021
Started operation with 4 operators: Tipsport CZ, Chance, Sazka and Tipsport SK.
2022
The company enters the Polish market. Cooperation was initiated with Totalizator EN a Type SK.
2023
Establishing cooperation with Betano CZ, Nike SK and other operators.
2024
OCTOBER
Expansion into other international markets continues. Cooperation and certification of BMM for gaming activities in South Africa.
NOVEMBER
Cooperation with operators in Latvia.
2025
Cooperation was established with operators in Croatia, Lithuania a Serbia.
International certification of GLI games for other foreign markets is underway, including Brazil a Portugal.
